”My experience with cake stackers: I have made several themed cakes in the past but never a wedding cake. I found out about cake stackers on Pinterest and knew that was the cake I wanted to create. After talking with the bride she left all the details up to me. She only stated she was non-traditional and wanted a wow factor! Well, I know I succeeded with both since she cried when she saw the cake. Scared me because I turned to the cake thinking it might have fallen but no it was still there looking beautiful. If I can give advice I would say purchase a heavy duty chain and locking keychain hook to secure the weight of the cake. My first chain broke but the second one was excellent. My second advice be careful with the 6 inch plate because my nut came detached from the plate. Don't panic if it happens, I had a wing nut on standby. I screwed it on and proceeded to create my cake. Cake Stackers sent a replacement plate within 3 days after hearing about the mishap. Every wedding guest and staff at the venue came up to compliment my awesome cake. The venue staff asked if I was staying for the reception because they were afraid to slice the cake and asked if the cake was trademarked or copyright because they have never seen a cake like that. If you already have a Cake Stackers system, then all you need is the chandelier cake kit.
Use this chandelier cake kit with your current Cake Stackers set to build an upside down unique chandelier presentation.
This kit includes the 6 inch top cap which is used for your bottom support.
Additionally, the kit includes the hanging bolt, spacers, and rods to extend your center post thru your top cake.
