Each Cake Stackers™ Pro Series cake support system include 5 ribbon cutting discs. So if you order a standard set you will only need to order the cutting discs to assemble your fondant cutter.
Use as an adjustable fondant cutter for ribbons, strips, or any straight cuts needed. Many cake decorators use fondant strips to dress between cake tiers.
The handles and axle are assembled out of the Cake Stackers support center post. The spacers included are from 1/4 inch to 1.5 inch lengths that allow you to assemble whatever width cutter you need.
Using these adjustable center post spacers that are included in our wedding cake supports the fondant ribbon cutter is adjustable from 1/4 inch cuts up to 6 inches wide.
