My Horrible Delivery!

I'm so glad you came up with this product! I left my job to become a full time cake decorator. I'm just starting out so I did a cake for a friend's wedding anniversary. It was a 2 layer square cake with beautiful decorations and everything. Well, during the delivery someone pulled out right in front of me. The top layer just went flying off and the bottom layer moved also. I put the layers together with royal icing but that wasn't enough to hold the cakes together when I slammed on my brakes. I live 30 miles away from the delivery so I was trying to hold it together but it just didn't work. I stopped and tried to fix it but it just didn't look like it was supposed to. The bottom was smashed a little and some of the decorations were destroyed. I just apologized and she understood. It is the worst feeling in the world. You don't need cakes like that when you're just starting out. As soon as I get another cake order, I will be ordering this system!
