Refund Policy:

We offer a Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we sell if all parts are returned unused and in their original packaging. Please call customer service within 7 days of receipt of your order at (772) 617-0129, to obtain an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization) Returns must be received back within 30 days of purchase date. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy:

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 5 days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at (772) 617-0129 or email request for charges.

If you order "Same Day Shipping" your order will ship within 24 hours. All orders are sent by UPS Gound or USPS Priority. For overnight, two day or three day shipping please contact us 772-617-0129 for additional charges that might apply.

Shipping And Handling Costs:

Minimum charge of $8.50. Additional shipping charges may apply outside the contiguous United States or International.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6.75% sales tax.
